And three potentially unpleasant situations if you feel unsure of yourself – even if, in most cases, there is no reason to be worried. We feel safer when we are more self-confident. And it is just this extra degree of self-confidence that I can give you: with personal self-defence courses. As well as the positive benefits of the physical training, you will gain something very valuable for everyday life: effective strategies and very practical abilities for emergency situations.
But is that something for me? I understand this question very well. Don’t worry, I won’t overload you. But I can offer to teach you carefully selected techniques from self-defence systems such as jiu-jitsu, aikido, wing chun or judo. Or a complete, personalised self-defence course. Whichever one you choose, we look together at your personal capabilities and the ideal combination of self-defence techniques for you. Defending oneself successfully against an attack is not a matter of strength but of the right technique.
In a personalised, one-on-one training programme you benefit directly from my decades of experience in Kickboxing and other martial arts. Together we will develop your capacity to react better in potentially dangerous situations and, in an emergency, to automatically apply what you have learned. This will give you greater flexibility, faster reactions and better coordination in your everyday life.
